Charles has more than 20 years of experience as an Integrated Design/Construction Project Manager. He brings a variety of industry expertise, encompassing chemical engineering with a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Charles also has experience with project cost estimation, project negotiations at various levels, as well as up-to-date knowledge of various government and private body regulations. Charles is passionate about efficiency and quality in the installation of complex and challenging projects, ranging from $100,000 to $100 million.
