NOTES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster.

Please bring your printed poster with you to the convention center.

Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final program.

REQUIREMENTS

Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of poster paper.

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 1.2m long (35.5 inches wide x 47 inches long). If more space or different dimension is need please advise with your submission.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract – as illustrated below.

The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).

Materials will be available for the mounting of posters.

Please refer to the final program book that you will receive upon arrival at the Convention center for the poster board number assigned to you.

Please use the board with the same number.

Session Abstracts are listed below for a reference point. Poster submissions are not required to fall within the workshop topics. In fact, we encourage scientific content outside of the session topics to include; Cultivation Science, Regulatory, etc.

Please limit abstracts to around 250 words. Submission deadline is June 15, 2019. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee no later than June 28, 2019. Presenters will be notified by June 15, 2019

SCHEDULE

Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference: July 18-19, 2019

Posters may be set up as early as12: 00 pm on Wednesday and should be removed after sessions on Friday.

Poster presenters should stand next to their posters during the coffee and lunch breaks for informal Q&A.

Atlanta 2019 Hemp and Medical Cannabis Convention and the organizers thereof will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time or that are damaged.
